He's not so little anymore =(((((

So on July 5th, my baby brother turned the big 1-8! i remember the annoying little brother, the fights, and whinning, but then i remember the good times too! My only little brother is growing up soooo fast! and its hard to think as he is growing into a man, im growing more into a woman, and the faster thats happening, my son, my baby, my precious angel is growing fast too. Im cherishing these days that God is giving me, and im Trying to be the best person for my son to look up to. It still blows my mind that the brother that tried stealing my barbie dolls when i was a little girl is the one who will be graduating in the spring and moving on to college and soon making a life of his own. Its a sad thing, and happy thing, and i cant wait to watch what his life holds. He is my abnoxious, whinning, fighting, barbie stealing, football playing, god fearing, drum banging, texting champion, uncle T ...Brother, i love you tyler, happy 18th!

Vacation Fun

So last week we took our "vacation" we didnt do much but just getting rest from work was nice. we got some house work done, nick is painting the den aka "man cave" and i got the spare bedroom done, FINALLY! The pool is also done which is super nice because i have been tempted to just jump in everyday. One day we DID get away from the house we took a overnight trip to withrow springs park and camped. Let me tell you, camping with a 3 yr old is quite the experience. It was blistering hot but the creek cooled us off for a bit. It truely felt like summer out in the heat, roasting hotdogs and marshmellows at night and feeling the cool night air while sleeping. By the end of the day ethan was pooped out! and soooo wassss mommy! ive never been so anxious to go to bed! I did finish my twilight book dispite interuptions and im ready to start on new moon, will probably get to that this weekend. Love always. Bo.

She gonna be a Georgia Peach....

So last week was the "good bye" dinner for my cousin kayla, she is moving to georgia.
Im not the most thrilled person in the world, but if what she is doing is making her happy, then she needs to do it. She had started working for FEMA during the ice storm in doing that she met a guy named "arty". he is really nice to say the least. WELL he is from Georgia, Americus Georgia to be exact. So kayla fell head over heels and last month she broke the news that she was moving to georgia. They had been living in NWA and she went to georgia with him when he went to visit and she fell in love with the place and the rest is history. I do wish her the best, i love her so much and thats all i can do is wish her happiness and love. (also got a few other pictures in that night.) =)

A Little Obsessed, You "MIGHT" Say??? =)))

So ive joined the bandwagon, heck ive taken over the driver seat OF the bandwagon, yes friends, yes im a **TWILIGHT** FREAK!!!!! omg! i absolutely love it! it leaves me wanting to know more! I havent read all 4 books but im well on my way! Im a little obsessed with Edward Cullen and want one of my own! I have been this way about a actor since heath ledger! (RIP) But the last time i can remember a obsession like this is when i was singing with the backstreet boys in my room at age 12! I heard that they have a bumper sticker out that says, "watch out i drive like a cullen" and guess who wants it??!!?? yep that would be me! Im antisipating the New Moon release in november, ive already taken off work for 11/20 so i can go to the midnight viewing of the movie, and girlfriend and i are going to make "team edward" shirts, of course mine will say " MRS. CULLEN" on the back!;)When i first watched the movie a few weeks ago ethan was at his dads for the weekend, good thing too b/c i watched that movie 3 times that weekend, and if you count watching it with commentary on i watched it 4!!!! silly i know, but let me dream of my cullen!

All she want to do is DaNcE!!!!

so its been awhile since ive written anything, its been busy busy busy at work and at home! This past memorial day weekend was a nice one. Saturday night was my little sister's dance recital at the walton art center in fayetteville. SHE DID SOOOO GREAT! i actually cried when i saw her up on the stage and how much older she is now. I was really happy and proud to watch her, i was older when she was born so seeing her growing up i feel sorta like a proud mommma at the same time. I just look at her and then i look at ethan and he is growing up soo fast too, he'll be 4 this year and that just blows my mind. i still feel like it was yesterday when i was pregnant. Such is life i guess, and im so glad that god has blessed me with the privlegde of watching them grow up!

WHAT A WEEK!!!!!!

SOOOO we had a busy busy last part of the week, Thursay, did you see the sun/moon couldnt really decide what i was looking at! it came a terrible thunder/lightning storm on thursday when we went to celebrate easter at my mom's house in springdale! we had to stop by walmart and pick up a few things for ethans class for their easter party and this is what i saw...(glad i had my camera!)


After that off to "grammie's we went ethan was very suprise to see the easter bunny had made a early stop at grammie and poppi's house to see him.





Friday april 10th we got a call that Kinser Scott Milner had came into the world at 12:51 a.m., after nick and i got off work we all 3 made special trip to fayetteville to see God's beautiful creation. He weighed in at 8lbs. 10oz., i can still remember when my bundle was that little, so precious!




Saturday was eventful. Saturday morning we went to church for a easter egg hunt, ethan made out pretty good with 10 eggs, they seperated the big kids and little kids and he was dominating the egg hunting! he had a lot of fun, and at the end they had cupcakes, and then it was a sugar crash in the car on the way home, he took a REALLY GOOD nap that afternoon!

later satuday night we went to visit my aunt paula visiting from sikeston missouri, we had a good time, my uncle mark and aunt shannon that also live in huntsville came along too. My aunt was here watching her grand-daughter ally while my cousin and his wife took a weekend trip to branson, its kinda funny with ethan and ally being cousins because my cousin josh (ally's dad) and i were about the same age apart as ethan and ally. i had to get a picture, they were too cute, he was really careful around her, and was SURE to share everything!


Sunday was of course easter, which in spite of the rain was great! ethan woke up to a basket from the easter bunny and a play golf set.

After a morning at the house, we went to Nick's parents house,ethan had hunted eggs in the house since it was pouring outside, i had made some easter inspired cupcakes to take which turned out great!

Spring has Sprung...

Hello! its been a couple weeks since my last post, so here is whats going on in our lives! Everything spring, planting, cleaning,painting,loving the weather! ive got planting fever! a couple of weeks ago i planted some pansies in my flower boxes, bought another plant at lowes and planted it in a pot, got bird seed and a feeder, got some seeds for our painted flower pots! ive also been busy in the spare bedroom, its almost finished! got the prettiest green paint and have been painting the walls! next is nicks "man cave" lol, and we got a beautiful burnt orange color thats going to look really nice!

ive also been busy making paintings. ive done a lot for people that i work with, and im making a profit, which is AWESOME!

In other news my little man hasnt been feeling well this week, he has a doctor appointment tonight for his croupy cough. poor baby, i hate when he doesnt act like his spunky fun self! lastnight he just laid around and didnt do a thing but watch movies, please pray that he gets better soon! Taking a Day to Celebrate My Heritage!

HAPPY ST. PATRICKS DAY!!!! ive always loved this holiday, not just for the green beer, pots of gold, or leprechauns, im really proud to be irish! ive heard in a family tale that my grandfathers family came from ireland decades ago, but they came here NOT by choice! So my grandfather says they were forced to be sent to the united states when a long ago family member couldnt stay out of pub fights, so thus, the mcclure's came to the united states and our family settled around the conway/clinton area. Researching a name and a heritage is lots of fun, here is what the meaning of my "MCCLURE" name means: 1.Anglicized form of Gaelic Mac Gille Uidhir (Scottish), Mac Giolla Uidhir (Irish), probably ‘son of the sallow lad’;2.Anglicized form of Scottish Gaelic Mac Gille Dheòradha, Irish Mac Giolla Dheóradha ‘son of the servant of the pilgrim’. i hope everyone has a wonderful ST. Pattys day! here is a irish prayer i leave with you today: May flowers always line your path and sunshine light your day. May songbirds serenade you every step along the way. Spring is almost here!

Its been a couple of weeks since my last post, we're coming along with the house nicely, we've gotten the den almost cleared out with a couple of trips to the recycling center. And the spare bedroom/ art studio is cleaned out as well, nothing feels as great as some spring cleaning! nick and ethan have been busy in the yard with some help from nicks dad as well. almost all the tree limbs and branches from the ice storm are gone. its nice to be able to open the windows and breathe in some fresh air. we've also got a painting bug, this weekend nick and i are getting some paint for the spare bedroom, a olive green and brown will be in the room, its going to look really pretty! this past week we got a little creative and decided to paint some flower pots to plant some strawberry seeds in, ethan really enjoyed it he kept saying " mines looking pretty good mommy!" and he would be sure to tell us this about every 5 minutes! ha!

also i attended my friend hannah's baby shower for mr. kinser scott milner this past weekend. we had a great time, while i was feeling creative i put it to work and made him a picture for his room as well as one for the big sister princess julie!!! hannah really liked them which made me feel great! i love doing stuff like that for family and friends because its something that you put your time into and it makes it that much more special


i cant wait for the warmer weather to get here, i love spring! we have lots of camping and floating trips planned this year which should be fun! im excited to take ethan camping! we're going to hold of on taking him floating until he is a little bit bigger and can sit still longer! =) we've started his "good boy chart" and its working like a charm...for the most part. we have 7 rules and 2 *extra credit* rules, if he gets atleast 7 stars everyday except the weekends he isnt at home then at the end of the month he get his choice of a new toy, dvd or a trip to chuck-e-cheese. he got pretty excited when we told him what he got for being a good boy. hopefully this works out nicely! hope all is well! talk to you soon! love bo =)

Nick Turned 26!!!!

so this past weekend was fun. friday night we celebrated nick and laura's birthdays at la huerta, i had a couple of yummy margaritas

then me and hannah milner went to see "he's just not that into you" which was a awesomely cute movie!

saturday i woke up at 7:30 left the house around 8:00 and had to run some errands, got a pedicure and my nails filled then went to pick up nicks birthday cake which i was SOOO happy with! it looked great! ricks bakery is the only place i'll get my birthday cakes!

later on in the day we headed to eureka springs. it was a lot of fun there, nick, fowler, hannah gideon and myself went together. we got a limosene which was really neat! i think nick had a good birthday!




we now also have a new adition to our family. we welcomed home "daisy" yesterday. i adopted her from a family that couldnt take her with them when they move to texas next week. she would have went to a "no-kill" animal shelter but i just feel so sorry for all the poor animals in there. last night was her first night at home with us and she is adjusting very well!

ethan is going to spend the night with "pops and gigi" on wednesday. my grandma called me at work today and asked if they could have ethan on wednesday night. ethan loves riding with "pops" on the 4-wheeler. they have such a great time. i am blessed to have grandparents as great as they are, and its special for a child to get to spend time with their great grandparents, lots dont get to do that.
